A FLEET of longboats invaded a Middlewich school in a day to celebrate the town's Norman history.
Artistic pupils at Middlewich High School took part in a Norman celebration last week and were involved in a range of activities from creating costumes to constructing longboats with the assistance of art teacher Penny Eve.
