BARNTON ended the season with a deserved victory.
Goals from Kurt McCarthy, Leon Williams and Pete Tarpey were scant reward for the chances they created.
By the time they missed a last minute spot kick the score could already have been double the 3-0 victory they recorded.
Even when the hosts did break through keeper Andy Hewitt was at his brilliant best, making three superb saves.
