A RENEWABLE energy company from Trafford Park, Microgeneration Limited, has teamed up with scores of global firms to demand a new UN framework to tackle climate change.
Andy Honey, of Microgeneration Limited, one of the UK's leading providers and installers of renewable energy systems, has joined forces with the heads of 150 major companies to demand action.
These 150 business leaders include the heads of some of the biggest companies and brands from around the world, including Coca Cola, Nike, Shell and Vodafone.
They have come together to demand from the United Nations, a comprehensive, legally-binding, science-based framework to tackle climate change, to come into effect in 2012 when the Kyoto Protocol expires.
