CREWE'S historic Christ Church will be hosting a free lunch and talk next month.
On Wednesday, June 18, Keith and Janet Frazer-Smith will talk on "Crossed Wires - a humorous look at cross-cultural relations".
The lunch will start at 12.30pm to allow for serving up time, and will conclude by 1.15pm.
Anyone and everyone is welcome and no booking is required.
The lunch forms part of an ongoing programme and year of fun and interesting events to celebrate Christ Church's presence in the town as a Christian faith community, a heritage landmark, and as a community resource.
Under the care of Rev Bill Baker the church is also working out a new vision for its strategic place in Crewe's centre.
Details are at christchurchcrewe.org.uk or from Tim on 07952 984 229.
