A MAN who spat in the mouth of a paramedic called out to treat him has been ordered to go on an alcohol treatment programme.
James Hutt, aged 23, of Rowland Close, Fearnhead, spat twice at paramedic Nicola Jones after she told him he was not having an asthma attack.
The incident happened outside McDonald’s on Winwick Road.
He admitted common assault.
He was sentenced to a supervision order at Warrington Magistrates’ Court last week and will be under a six-month 7am to 7pm curfew.
