Council announces library opening times changes

BOOKWORMS should take note of new opening hours for four libraries.
The new hours will take effect from March 5 but the council said they are not being reduced and are based on feedback from library users.
Burtonwood Library will be closed on Fridays rather than Wednesdays and open 2 to 5pm on Wednesdays.
Culcheth Library will be open on Wednesdays from 2 to 5pm and Fridays from 1.30 to 5pm.
Penketh Library will be open on Mondays from 9.30am to 1pm and 2 to 7pm and Woolston Library will be open on Wednesdays from 12.30 to 7pm and Fridays from 12.30 to 4pm.
All other opening days and times are the same.
