Subway in Great Sankey raided

SUBWAY on Liverpool Road was robbed on Monday night.
Two men burst into the sandwich shop at 10.25pm and threatened to pull a knife before grabbing cash from the safe.
Police were alerted by a remote alarm but the pair ran off towards Lingley Road.
Staff were shaken but unharmed.
The incident follows a robbery at the same outlet in October.
