BRIDGEWATER Community Healthcare NHS trust is launching a public consultation over plans to become a foundation trust.
Events will take place throughout March before the consultation closes on April 30.
Harry Holden, chairman of Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Trust said: “As a foundation trust we will be free to invest our monies in those services which we know are valued and needed by those we serve.
“It will also ensure our patients and local people have a greater say in our decision making in the future.”
Consultations will take place on March 2 from 12 to 2pm at Village Hotel Centre Park, at Firgrove Hotel, Knutsford Old Road, on March 6 from 7 to 9pm and on March 21 from 1 to 3pm at the Peace Centre Great Sankey.
