THE mobile youth base run by Warrington Borough Council’s youth service has a new look for 2012 thanks to young people from Mee Brow and Latchford east.
Youngsters took on the mission of transforming the bus at the end of last year with the help of Blackpool Design Associates.
It is now kitted out with new flooring, re-covered seats and a new colour scheme. Young people can watch DVDs and also play Nintendo Wii games on the new flat screen television onboard.
The bus will be based in the car park of The Hatter pub, on Lovely Lane, Whitecross, until mid-March.
It opens from 6.45pm on Mondays with a variety of different activities.
It will then move on to areas in the south and central parts of the borough.
