THUNDER, lightening and pouring rain failed to dampen Crewe's spirits when they travelled to Leek this week.
The Alex beat Leek 3-0 on Tuesday with the hat-trick scored by new signing Jamie Moralee from Watford.
The match was put off for 15 minutes for a thunder storm and the second half saw torrential rain over the ground.
But Moralee had two good strikes and converted a penalty into a goal to take Crewe ahead.
