Restrictions to be removed?

RESTRICTIONS stating that 10 flats on the Heatley Mere development had to be ‘affordable’ are set to be removed.

Council planners have recommended that councillors approve a change to the scheme to allow 10 one-bedroom flats on the estate, off Rushgreen Road, to be sold at non-affordable prices.

The application was to be discussed at a meeting of the development control committee last night, Wednesday, as the Warrington Guardian went to press.
