A LOVING owner is wanted to care for a cat that is believed to have been thrown out of a car window in a sack.

Staff at the RSPCA centre, Slutchers Lane, received the female cat just before Christmas and were informed that it was found in Burtonwood in a sack along with a brick.

For more information about the cat or any other animals at the rescue centre, call Chris Walkden, manager, on 632944.

Why do people do this to animals?

Why do they get pets in the first place? Hello its for life?

If they dont want the pet find it a new home or take it to the RSPCA OR CATS PROTECTION ---dont put the animal through discomfort and stress.

People who do this should be Jailed and banned for keeping animals for life.

The RSPCA do alot to help i got my cats from there, knowing i could give them a decent life and away from people who mis-treat, just like they have done to this cat.

Well said Leanne. I'm no great lover of cats myself, but mistreating them is bad form. Whoever did this is just a total dill.
