Comments (1)TRYING to get your children interested in healthy eating and exercise can be hard, but help is at hand from The Jungle and Total Fitness.
The two have paired up to put on a Fit Kids Day in The Jungle on Friday.
There will be a mini-circuit for children, healthy eating activities, food and smoothie sampling. Head to The Jungle, off Winwick Road from 10am to 3pm on Friday.
