Four-year-old hit by car
1:10pm Monday 6th October 2008
A CHILD was hit by a car on Phipps Lane in Burtonwood this morning.
Police were called to the scene around 9.06am after the four-year-old was struck by a Volkswagen Passat.
A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "It appears a car had hit a child while reversing but no injuries were caused."
