TORRENTIAL rain has caused flooding right across Warrington.

The heavy rain throughout Friday and into Saturday morning has caused massive problems with Bewsey and Dallam among the worst hit areas.

Rivers have swelled while one of the most spectacular sights has been Sankey Valley Park.

The high volume of rain has caused the canal banks to burst and seen much of the park put out of use because of the water.
