Police name man killed in Bewsey

POLICE investigating the death of a man in Bewsey have released his name.

Roy Waterfield, aged 52, from Bewsey died on Wednesday night from a knife wound.

A post mortem, carried out yesterday, Thursday, revealed he died from stab wounds.

Police found his body at 8.30pm at a home on Leicester Street.

Detectives have also confirmed they are still questioning a 39-year-old man on suspicion of murder.
