Bez is in town

THE one-and-only Bez is at WA1 Venue Bar on Saturday to spin the people of Warrington into a frenzy.
The Happy Mondays dancer, pictured, will be DJing ‘Madchester’ tunes and the crowd at Legh Street will be looking forward to catching a glimpse of the Celebrity Big Brother winner.
The 44-year-old ‘man with the maracas’, real name Mark Berry, is the second Manchester legend to DJ at WA1 in the past two months, after Mani from the Stone Roses and Primal Scream took control of the decks in June on the opening night following the club’s refurbishment.
This Saturday will also feature live music from up-and-coming Warrington bands War In Town and CityLights.
Entry is £5 and doors open at 8pm.
