WARRINGTON is one of the best places in the UK to live a Bond villain lifestyle according to a new survey.
A survey carried out by website locallife.co.uk shows that the town has more businesses necessary to take over the world (such as off shore investments and satellite services) than anywhere else in the UK other than Derby.
