YOUNG players are needed for a junior baseball club.
Halton Polecats are recruiting players aged between eight and 10 to take up T-ball' - a baseball equivalent for rookies'.
The team, which plays at Halton Sports Field in Runcorn, play every Saturday in the Baseball Softball North West UK League against teams including Manchester Saints and Runcorn Jets.
The squad have just bought new kit from the US costing nearly £1,000.
