This Aurthority stole my family as part of social enginieering, my children were happy, healthy, and loved. They were not abused nor neglected but they were seperated, abused, and one child was drugged (illegally)to help him cope with the loss of his family..Is this Child Protection...NO ITS CHILD ABUSE, Child Trafficing...1 million pound profit is made for each adoption , and tax payers money pays towards the scandalous adoption racket. Fassit, support group support families going through thi process and are fighting to expose the full horror of the evil scandle. Children J A C H...your mummy loves you

Well done for bringing more awareness to the publics attention. Unless people have personal experience, they think that social services do the right thing, the truth is that social workers exaggerate matters to justify their existence and then when parents resist, fabrications from social workers start.

I wish you the best of luck in your aim to open family courts. Family courts should work in the same transparency as criminal courts and be as accessible as well.

I am glad the newspaper got in there and got the report in the paper. Well done to that reporter.

As long as Family Law is conducted behind closed doors with no regard for ether the Human Rights act articles 6 & 8 and the UN convention on the Rights of the Child IN FULL then it’s for sure that government agencies such as the Children’s Social Services and CAFCASS with its in-house complaints procedures will continue to be seen as highly suspect and rightly so. That these people/officers are viewed as experts on a par with the likes of the infamous Prof Meadows is a travesty in itself and for obvious good reason, especially so given that in 99.9% of all cases, what they recommend is merely rubberstamped by family court judges up and down the land. Thus, until such time as this anomaly in law is addressed then it’s for sure the finger of suspicion will remain. Advice being, read the Gulag of the Family Courts by Jack Frost with an open mind and reflect on these words by Justice Munby, High Court Judge, Family Division, in a debate with members of Parliament, chaired by the Hon. Sir Mark Potter (President. Family Division of High Court Judges), on 3 May 2006, in which he stated “I have to say that it seems quite indefensible that there should be no access by the media and no access by the public to what is going on in courts where judges are day-by- day taking peoples children away. The removal of children he said “is surely the most terrible power the state may wield over a citizen once capital punishment was abolished, true facts must be exposed, it’s in the public interest”.

Was it not Queens Council herself Harriet Harman MP when she was Justice Minister last year who said; "I want people to be confident that the evidence is scrutinised, is challenged and opening the Family Court up so their proceedings can be reported will be part of people actually answering that question about whether that evidence is properly and robustly challenged. The stakes in these cases could hardly be higher. What we all want to be sure is not that a situation could be rectified after its gone wrong, but that it's right in the first place”. Conclusion being “Justice must be seen to be done” and this means in respect of both the Children’s Social Services and CAFCASS and this whether they like it or not, only then can or should they expect public support and confidence. www.nscfc.com

well done to you all for raising awareness.........fa
mily courts are an utter disgrace, please do not be decieved. pull off your rose tinted glasses as you will never experience such mismanagement and blatently open corruption in all your life.
my experience was recent so please forgive me as the sting they executed is still fresh.
i was bullied by my own barrister to sign docs that would incriminate myself as guilty of abuse of my own child. i could not do it, i would not do it. to pin your hopes on the human rights act or childrens rights is avoided at all costs. i was told it really doesnt apply in the family courts.... ??? within the court itself you see blatent non verbal cues, grins and prolonged staring at certain officials in anticipation of what im not quite sure.
they quite purposely place the parent at the back you see....its a very farcical punch and judy show, they all play their parts to the letter, and encourage total compliance from the parents at all times. That way the case is quick, the child is in care and they can close and move on........what a cruel sadistic world we live in, no wonder we came the bottom of the UNICEF league table and the childhood suicide rate in this country is at an all time high....the courts take care of their own wage packets not the children......

In the face of all of this Ian & Sarah have not given up at all.
Thank You for everything, I lost my case and I am not giving up either.
It was a pleasure to meet people on the demos and talk to journalist and most of all be educated into what is going on in the UK.
The public are very much interested in these issues . The politicans and SS and Courts it is now turned .
I know were I would rather stand ,here on the road to improving the law ,than on the other side abusing the law to abduct and abuse children.
We have lost and not made a profit and still not given up.

There is good people out there and the children will speak out and find their families and we will say this is how we started a small group protesting how the laws affect us in our lives.

There is nothing to be afraid of this is not rent a mob but true representation of people from all classess race creed and age coming together to say their experience of miscariage of justice they have had.

Tell me MA when I get home Van Morrison

My son used to sing this to me and he will get home one day and we will sing again !

Godbless you C I love you and am very proud of you well done getting through 3 years treatment for leukaemia please god stay in remission.
I
I am fighting and waiting for you to come home ,if you go I will be with you soon.

your loving MUM xx

i strongy agree to the protests, the goverment needs to put a stop to what social workers are doing. it is very wrong, disgusting, breaking up familes, the heartache. i suffered from it. i had a little girl and social workers took her away because i refused to have a termination, never even received any support, my gp gave me antidepressants but the social workers took them off me. resulting in severe mental ealth problems.
