POLICE are treating the death of a man as 'unexplained' after officers were called to Winmarleigh Street on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services descended on the town centre at 12.20am following concerns for a 37-year-old man.
Officers and paramedics attended and the victim was taken to hospital where he later died.
A post-mortem examination took place on Tuesday, August 23 to establish the cause of death, which is being treated as unexplained.
Police are not seeking anyone else in connection with this incident.
