TRADE Unionist and Socialist Coalition (TUSC) members have been ordered to remove a campaign stand from Orford Lane following complaints from residents.
TUSC set up a table outside the Co-op store in the area earlier today, Thursday.
But after receiving a 'number of complaints' from the public the council told TUSC's Fairfield and Howley councillor Kevin Bennett it would have to be removed because it was on a public footpath, had no licence and was close to a polling station.
Cllr Bennett has since obliged and removed the table.
