Comments (0)A STUDY by researchers at Wythenshawe Hospital has shown that the tuberculosis vaccination could reduce childhood asthma It revealed that babies given the BCG vaccine to prevent tuberculosis were 27 per cent less likely to develop wheeze.
The study compared the symptoms in children who had been given the vaccination with children who were never given it.
