WOLVES had no complaints about Friday's 38-14 defeat at Wigan after a poor display but were unhappy that Chris Hicks' first-half try was disallowed - ironically by a video referee from Warrington.

Hicks touched down from Michael Monaghan when the scores were level at 6-6 but referee Ashley Klein referred the decision to video referee Phil Bentham.

The try was eventually ruled out because dummy runner Simon Grix was harshly adjudged to have obstructed Wigan's Trent Barrett, who appeared to be at least a metre offside.

Wolves did score two more first-half tries before capitulating after the interval.

More pictures from the JJB defeat are below.

Who thinks that Stuart Cummings will do anything about the inept performance of the video ref????

At least Sky seem to be happy to have a dig at the officials now.

Good afternoon Chaddy. Just come back in from Gods country, ( Eccleston) to read your ever postive contribution. My the bitterness of watching Warrington is getting to you. Have you been prescribed anti-depressants for that?
