| Gary Worsley, aged 46, is banned from five areas in Widnes for two years |
A HOMELESS man has been banned from parts of Widnes following a string of public order and theft offences.
Gary Peter Worsley, aged 46, is banned from Albert Road, the Windmill Centre, the Greenoaks Centre, the Asda precinct area and Fredrick Street for two years after being slapped with an ASBO Warrington Magistrates' Court on February 15.
Joe Reeves, anti-social behaviour officer for Halton, said: "This ASBO is another example of the efforts made by Cheshire Police to tackle anti-social behaviour and the effects it has on local communities.
"The conditions of the order should give peace of mind to the public and provide officers with a useful tool for controlling him in the future."
If you witness anti-social behaviour or witness someone breaching an ASBO please contact Cheshire Police on 0845 458 0000.
