WARRINGTON Wolves have named their 19-man squad to face Harlequins at The Halliwell Jones Stadium on Saturday at 6pm.

With eight players unavailable, at least two players from Chris Riley, Lee Mitchell, Matty Blythe and Adam Neal are set to make their first appearances of the season in Paul Cullen's Super League side.

Michael Monaghan is confirmed in the 19 after missing the Easter games, but Lee Briers and Stuart Reardon are sidelined with injuries while Louis Anderson misses the game because of a one-match suspension.

Back rowers Mitchell and Blythe made their Super League debuts last season, but 17-year-old former Crosfields amateur Neal was not named in the Super League squad at the start of the season.

England under 17s prop Neal has had a rapid rise to prominence after featuring in the autumn Academy internationals.

He also took part in Wolves' pre-season training camp in Lanzarote and has been training full time with Wolves' first team this season.

Squad to face Harlequins: Chris Hicks, Martin Gleeson, Matt King, Kevin Penny, Michael Monaghan, Adrian Morley, Jon Clarke, Paul Rauhihi, Ben Westwood, Vinnie Anderson, Mark Gleeson, Rob Parker, Paul Johnson, Steve Pickersgill, Chris Riley, Andrew Bracek, Lee Mitchell, Matty Blythe, Adam Neal.

Not Selected: Stuart Reardon (hamstring), Lee Briers (calf tear), Louis Anderson (suspended for one match), Paul Wood (dislocated shoulder), Simon Grix (ankle ligament), Ben Harrison (compassionate leave), Mike Cooper (ankle ligament), Chris Bridge (Achilles' tendon rupture).

Does anyone know whats wrong with Ben Harrison? He's been out for a long long time with compassionate leave.

Good to see Adam Neal getting close to first grade, it will be good to see Riley and Mitchell in the first team this weekend. Lets hope they can show what they have been doing for the reserves.
