FOLLOWING in the footsteps of Grace Kelly, Frank Sinatra and Bing Crosby, Wayne Sleep will be bringing fun to the north west.

He is starring in the latest production of High Society, which comes to the Palace Theatre in Manchester next week.

The Cole Porter classic has had a revival for the stage and is heading off on a national tour after a successful run in London last year.

Made famous by the glamorous film starring Hollywood's greats, High Society tells the story of a complicated love square with three admirers all competing for the affections of a beautiful woman.

The society wedding of George Kittredge to Tracy Lord has brought with it a cavalcade of activity to Newport. Her ex-husband, musician C K Dexter-Haven, moves in close by in an attempt to win her back before her wedding. But journalist Mike Connor, who has been sent to cover the wedding, also falls for Tracy's charms.

Just who will she choose? Find out in this wonderful musical.

The show opens on Thursday, February 1, and runs until Saturday, February 10. To book tickets, contact the Box Office on 0870 401 3000.
