THIS romantic-comedy starring Russell Brand follows the heartbreak of failed musician, Peter after he is dumped by his actress girlfriend.
Determined to get over Sarah Marshall, the love of his life, who is dating rock star Aldous Snow (Brand), Peter (Jason Segel) escapes to Hawaii to wallow in his sorrow. There he conveniently bumps into his ex, who is staying in the same hotel and the film follows the awkward meetings of the couple.
Like every romcom, it's predictable but the laughs make up for the ending. Trying to decide whether Russell's character is based on fiction or fact also makes for good watching.
