A PARALEGAL put on her parachute to help raise cash for charity.

Hayley Wood managed to raise more than £500 for Action Against Medical Accidents with her sky high jump.

Hayley's employers Irwin Mitchell have been working closely with and the jump was an ideal opportunity to raise money for the charity that offer help to victims of medical accidents.

The 26-year-old, from Gorsey Lane, joined a group of 15 who trained with the London Parachute Club before taking the plunge with an instructor.

She said: "It is the first time I've ever done a daredevil stunt like this, but I loved it. It was a fantastic day, the weather stayed clear and bright for us."
