RUN for your lives!
Young Doctor Who fans got more than they bargained for at Market Gate on Monday as a Dalek and the Tardis materialised in Warrington.
Doctor Who's deadliest enemy appeared alongside his famous time machine, which is disguised as a 1950s police box and much larger on the inside than the outside.
Similar to those seen on the BBC TV series, the Dalek and Tardis can also be spotted at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester.
Doctor Who Up-Close is a chance to look behind the scenes of the TV programme.
Among the new exhibits is the four metre-long Empress of Racnoss character, who appeared in the Christmas Day special The Runaway Bride. The exhibition runs until November.
