WOLVES suffered more injuries in Friday's 38-14 defeat at Wigan.
Scrum half Michael Monaghan left the field in the last few minutes of the match with a knee injury that looked concerning.
Wolves, who last week lost Paul Johnson and Stuart Reardon for the rest of the season, also saw Ben Westwood forced off after 23 minutes with a rib injury picked up in the opening stages of the game.
But there were no injury concerns over Chris Riley, who had gone into the game as a doubt after damaging ankle ligaments at St Helens last week.
Cullen opted to play Matt King on the wing ahead of Riley, who was named as 18th man, with Vinnie Anderson switching to left centre and Simon Grix coming in at loose forward.
Riley has instead been earmarked to play in Wolves' reserve match at Wigan on Saturday.
