BLUE Square bosses reckon Barrow have as much chance as Vics of winning the league next season.

Early odds on likely lads to finish first rate both clubs as 50/1 outsiders for the title.

Only Weymouth, plus newcomers Lewes and Eastbourne Borough, are rated as less likely.

They rank at 66/1.

Barrow beat saw off Stalybridge Celtic, managed by former Vics boss Steve Burr, in the Blue Square North play off final to book their place in non league football's top tier.

Blue Square have installed Graham Westley's Stevenage Borough and Wrexham, relegated from League Two, as joint 11/2 favourites.

Torquay United are next at 7/1.

Barrow won't finish above vics. I really think they will struggle badly. it's much harder to thrive in this division if you are from the north. The way we ended the season, and the speed with which dino has been sorting out his squad already gives us a massive chance of making a serious mark next season. Watch out for us near the play-offs.

Mr Hardman could well be a wittoner! Vics will be dark horses next season for the play-off's without a doubt. The quality he has brought in together with the nucleus of last seasons squad should promote Vics to our highest position for years. Barrow along with alty, lewes, histon,ea
stbourne,kettering,W
oking,salisbury and Weymouth will struggle.
